As I sat here watching a rerun of one of the Jeffery Dahmer documentaries my mind shifted back to Cleveland, Ohio and its recent epidemic surge of child disappearances ultimately being linked to sex trafficking rings by more than 100 individuals from professional to young teens. The Epistean Saga that has seemed to have simmered down, has not deleted the fact of power and demand.
The State of Ohio has added more firewood to the fire of acknowledging the interests of child exploitation among individuals for currency, desire and whatever reasons that one would form. Despite Ohio’s task team of arresting the individuals and recover victims by this operation called “Buyers Remorse”, one may pose why is this a continue problem that can be viewed as a norm? From sex that sells in all magnitudes of life, the disdain of children and property is a peculiar phenomenon that links humanity together.
I recollected many conversations that I have had with people of the innocence of children, adults being stuck in their ways, teenage deviance, foster care horror systems and with all the many other elements that finally brings us to the economic system of children cattle and how we all benefit from this gain.
Beyond the abuse and neglect of children complaints, yes, you have gain from the expansion as a society that continues to produce for demand of desire and future. As I don’t want to list the stats or the evident histories of our bearing I will like to leave with, “For it is not what you have said or done to justify a means to a end yet what you are willing to be haunted for.” -EL
